Modern and soundproof room by sink, attentive service. Very very good breakfast with lots of meals. Polite and courteous staff in the whole hotel.

The hotel was gorgeous and modern with excellent location close to the park, metro station and train station and Atocha railwaystation, metro and downtown. Booked a room with great bathroom.

The noise levels from hotel operations can be overwhelming!!! It would help if they managed the rooftop bar reservations better to avoid disappointing guests!!!

The service here was amazing. A bartender whipped up the best mojito I've ever had. It. The staff was great, always quick to help. We felt taken care of , always appreciated.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was acceptable considering the experience we had.

I enjoyed the vibrant vibes and excellent breakfast at the hotel! The mini bar fridge wasn't working, but the artist appointment Patricia arranged for me was lovely! I'd come back for sure!

A Nice Stay with Some Ups and Downs

The Classic King Room was spacious and comfortable. Make sure to double-check the rooftop restaurant reservations. Our experience was marred by a mix-up, which led us to leave prematurely. Bring a card holder to avoid extra charges!

Checking in was easy, especially after the friendly greeting from the staff who ensured we had everything we needed. The room was superb, complete with a Lavazza coffee machine and excellent amenities, including a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and dining poolside was enjoyable despite the prices. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, although noise from evening events lingered until late. A very pleasant stay with stellar service and comfort.

Soo Patricia were really good too address my inquiries and made sure I secured a last-minute appointment with an artist, showcasing her effective listening and problem-solving skills. Monica and Ana at the restaurant ensured that my dining experience was good, providing quick and friendly service. The hotel itself boasts a modern design, with my room being very comfy and tidy.

Madrid's flavor is evident with a stroll to nearby gems like NuBel for some epic tapas or the local sensation El Brillante for their famed calamari sandwiches. Plus, my stay in the Classic King Room was a delight. The pool area was perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring, and the staff had me feeling like a VIP!

If you're sensitive to light, like me, those bright indicators on the devices could be a bother at night.

The Classic King Room was super comfy, like the best bed ever! The pillows were amazing. Just the right amount of space, and everything felt clean. Loved the modern vibe with cool decor. Definitely a nice spot to relax after a busy day, and there was great tech in the room too!
